Which project, deal, or transaction was the “game-changer” in the advancement of your career?
I recently sold a unique vacant retail property at 207 5th Ave., on the corner of 5th Ave. and Union St. in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn. The sales price of $9 million translated to over $1,600 per existing s/f and over $650 per buildable s/f. This transaction set a price record in Park Slope. After closing this deal, I was promoted to senior associate at Marcus & Millichap, while finishing the year as a top 10 agent in the Brooklyn office and receiving the Shooting Star Award.
