During his ten years of commercial real estate investment sales brokerage, Jakub Nowak has founded and developed The Nowak Group of Marcus & Millichap, a top producing team of NYC Investment real estate professionals. The team made up of four brokers, an analyst and a marketing coordinator guides NYC real estate owners to exceptional investment outcomes by means of individualized brokerage solutions and access to the nation’s largest pool of capital.

During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Nowak has transacted on over $850 million dollars’ worth of commercial real estate across over 250 transactions. His track record covers a broad spectrum of deal structures, including outright property sales, 1031 exchanges, ground and master leases, joint ventures, note sales and equity procurement. He is a recognized industry thought leader whose market insight and commentary frequently appear in New York City’s real
estate press.

Mr. Nowak has consistently stayed at the forefront of New York City’s investment sales market trends and has played a critical role in helping Marcus & Millichap expand its reach and track record in New York City’s industrial, development and commercial investment sales.
