Jason Moskowitz brings with him to Marcus & Millichap twenty years of real estate experience. He began his career as a property manager and landlord representative on Long Island, NY. After becoming Vice President, he moved on to manage a portfolio of Office, Industrial, Retail and Warehouse assets across the midwestern and southern United States for a large, Manhattan-based real estate investment firm. During his tenure at both companies, he brokered and negotiated hundreds of leases comprising over 2 million square feet of commercial space as a landlord representative. He also oversaw the analysis, transfer, acquisition and disposition of approximately $30 million worth of investment real estate.
In 2007, Jason began his own investment and management company and has been running it ever since. He has acquired, managed and disposed of several income producing assets in various asset classes, all with different investment criteria and objectives. With his own portfolio stabilized, Jason has turned his attention to full time sales of investment grade assets, specializing in the Williamsburg and Greenpoint sections of Brooklyn.
Over the course of his career, Jason has experienced all sides of the real estate industry. He has worn many different hats and is comfortable at the center of any deal. He is keenly aware and intimately familiar with how the selling process works from the perspective of all parties involved - from analysis of the asset all the way through transfer of ownership.
