134 Hinsdale Street is a 15,000 square foot warehouse in the heart of East New York’s IBZ. Similar warehouses in this area had averaged $175 per square foot in the trailing 12 months, and had only twice exceeded $200 per square foot. The owner of this property, prompted by a recently dissolved partnership, reached out to The Nowak Group with the goal of breaking a price record. As the most active investment sales team in the submarket, The Nowak Group assured the owner that by exposing the property to a wide marketplace, they could support his pricing goals.
